If the canopy you use is not included in PARASIM®’s large set of military operational, aircrew emergency, and sports parachutes, we can add it! Custom dynamics models, based upon the user-provided canopy performance characteristics, are created by STI’s engineers and integrated with custom 3D graphics model sets to create a new PARASIM® chute, complete with opening sequence and malfunctions features (where appropriate). STI can create custom PARASIM® scenes based on user-provided real-world information, to replicate actual DZ’s for training or mission-rehearsal purposes. Using digital terrain data, aerial and ground photography, maps, diagrams and working closely with our end-users, we will build a PARASIM scene that will reflect the real-world location as closely as the data permits. With PARASIM®’s terrain-correlated windfield feature, jumping into the scene with PARASIM can prepare the jumper for the conditions that will be experienced on an actual jump into the DZ.
